Mr. Loomis founded Loomis & Co., Inc. and its broker dealer subsidiary, Northeast Capital & Advisory, Inc., in 1992. He is responsible for sourcing and committing superior team resources to each client relationship. Consistently ranked among the top investment banks to community banks nationwide in mergers and acquisitions, branch transactions, strategic planning and performance enhancements, private placements, public offerings, valuations, and fair value analyses, the Firm provides enduring advice and capital through responsiveness, quality, and value.
Prior to Loomis & Co., Mr. Loomis had progressive levels of responsibility at four Wall Street firms, where he was responsible for corporate finance activities for financial institutions. Mr Loomis also had extensive commercial banking and regulatory experience while at Banc One Corporation in Columbus, Ohio and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, respectively.
In 1996, Mr. Loomis also founded the Financial Institutions Fund, LLC, a successful hedge fund, which emphasizes investments in community banks.
Mr. Loomis received his Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from Cornell University. He has lectured at Cornell and the University of Rochester, made frequent presentations at various banking seminars, state and national conventions and banking schools, and is regularly quoted in such periodicals as American Banker, Bank Director, and U.S. Banker. He has also been a director of The Peoples Bankshares, a $400 million community bank in Pratt, Kansas.

Mr. Collins joined Northeast Capital in 2005 after spending seventeen years as a principal of HAS Associates, Inc., a comprehensive consulting group specializing in community banks. His practice includes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, management and board assessments, executive searches, and regulatory compliance for community banks. Prior to HAS Associates, Mr. Collins served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Olympic International Bank & Trust Company, a Vice President of Shawmut Bank, and a Manager at Commercial Union Assurance Company. Mr. Collins has over thirty years of commercial banking experience and has acted as a financial advisor in over twenty bank mergers, sixteen successful president/ CEO and other senior officer executive searches, and over twenty-five board of director and executive management evaluations.
Mr. Collins received his B.A. from Northeastern University and completed the School of Banking at Williams College. He has lectured at the Corporate Governance Seminar sponsored by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance.

Mr. Gaffey joined Loomis & Co. in 2012 after four years as a partner with Bay Capital Advisors and six years as a Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers. Before that, he worked in an executive capacity for Cohane Rafferty and Salomon Brothers, and was the founder of Capital Strategies Group. Mr. Gaffey has substantial merger and acquisition deal flow experience with banks, thrifts, mortgage banks, and other specialty finance entities. He has also handled the purchase and sale of loan portfolios and mortgage servicing rights, guiding clients through negotiations, due diligence, and financial structures. In addition, he has consulted on asset/liability management, pipeline risk and hedging, and ARM audit software.
Mr. Gaffey is a Trustee of Direxion Funds & Direxion ETFs and formerly a board member of A.T. Cross. He also has been an instructor and Board member of various mortgage banking associations.

Mr. Guzewich joined Loomis & Co. in 2013 after ten years of progressive advancement as CFO, COO and CEO of the VersaTrans Solutions division of Tyler Technologies, a $300 million software company. He previously served as CFO of an insurance services corporation, a professional medical liability insurance company, Key Corp Leasing Ltd., Contec International, as well as a couple of start-ups.
Mr. Guzewich worked for Key Corp. in evaluation and conducting due diligence of banks and other financial entity targets. He is a CPA, having worked at Ernst & Whinney for twelve years.
Mr. Guzewich has served as an adjunct professor at SUNY Albany and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and graduated with a B.A. from SUNY Oneonta and a M.S. from SUNY Binghamton.

Mr. Lantagne joined Loomis & Co. in 2014 after over 40 years in banking, culminating in serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Passumpsic Savings Bank, a $600 million mutual in St. Johnsbury, VT.
Mr. Lantagne has a track record of innovation, being first to implement Asynchronous Transfer Module data transmission in the country, first to implement statement imaging, and installed full imaging for checking and deposit functions, implemented Check 21, and developed contingencies for Y2K. He was also responsible for branch relocations, building de novo locations, and branch consolidations.
Mr. Lantagne graduated with a B.S. from New Hampshire College, was a board member of the New England Automated Clearing House, and is a corporator of Passumpsic.

Mrs. Lindsley joined Loomis & Co. in 2014 following a 28 year career in banking, supervising 25 branches at Passumpsic Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Manchester, training branch managers and consumer lenders, and ultimately an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing at Passumpsic.
Mrs. Lindsley co-managed the successful consolidation in 2006 and 2008 of two full service banks into Passumpsic. She handled platform conversions, developed an indirect lending program, modified Passumpsic’s culture to be customer centric and consultative, reduced staff turnover, and supervised the marketing function.
Mrs. Lindsley was a member of the ALCO committee, taught numerous AIB/CFT classes including being named Instructor of the Year in 2001, and is an honors graduate of the National School of Banking.

Mr. Zhou joined Loomis & Co. in 2010. Since then, he has been involved in a number of projects including capital raises for NUVO Bank and Lyons Bancorp, fairness opinions for Monadnock Bancorp, SI Financial Group, Delaware Bancshares, Kinderhook Bank Corp., and NUVO Bank & Trust. He has worked on a number of fair value analyses for business combinations and goodwill and other intangibles impairment tests. Mr. Zhou chairs the Valuation Committee of Loomis & Co.
Mr. Zhou previously worked at HSBC in the Payments and Cash Management division in Shanghai, China.
Mr. Zhou graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. He is a CFA charter holder.
